Housing Proposal for Hudson Yards

Questioning the notion of singular towers as objects in the city, our scheme for a new type of housing in New York City formed around interconnected towers and the possibilities that opens up. The podium, so often the domain of hotels, becomes an elevated ground plane, accessible to all, and allows for a new housing typology thirty floors above the city below.
